@JennaJameson’s returning to porn. She swore to never do it again. TRAGIC.

[Jezebel] – Jenna Jameson has announced that she will be reviving her porn career, citing her motivation as, “Taking care of my family.” Ironically, that is the same exact reason she left the industry five years ago.

Coming out of retirement was never the plan for Jameson, as she said at the AVN Awards in 2008:

“I’ll never, ever, ever spread my legs again in this industry. Ever.”

She also told Oprah:

“I made a promise to my children when they were in my tummy that there is no way I could ever, ever, ever go back.”

But things haven’t been going so well with her. She had a tumultuous relationship with Tito Ortiz, the father of her twin sons, and eventually lost custody of her children to him. She told Opie and Anthony in a recent, rather depressing, interview that she hadn’t seen her boys in four months. (Ortiz has claimed that Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin.) In 2012 she was busted for DUI. Over the summer she lost her home in the Hollywood Hills to foreclosure. And during the New York leg of her book tour last month—promoting her new erotic novel—she made several messy television appearances in which she did not appear lucid.
